Better follow-up and more alignment

We've implemented an Activity thread for Goals. We will also implement it in different sections at the Employee HUB to help you bring more transparency and alignment across your full organization.

Stay tuned as we are working on new enhancements to help you work better!

OKRs are here!!!

We believe that a clearer and more transparent culture is beneficial for the whole organization. As a part of the review improvement plan, we've redefined management of the goals -- transitioning them into a key piece of a review. Now, among many other improvements, you can define Key Results to track, measure the achievement of the goals, and set clearer expectations. They can be set as a numeric, percentage, or yes/no.

We encourage you to try them and let us know your thoughts!

New visualization for Goals! 🎉

We are excited to announce that we have a new design for Goals! Now, you can see them organized in cards based on their status (please, read the release note for status on Goals).

With the new design, you can see your goals, your team goals, all the company goals and, for the Managers, your reports goals.

As we are improving the whole goal management, we encourage you to try them and share your thoughts or questions if any.

Goals status

As a part of the goals improvement plan, we have added statuses to help you understand the execution. Depending on your goal's structure, you will be able to automate or update statuses manually.

- Behind: the execution is delayed and requires attention. It can be set manually or calculated from key results values.

- On track: everything is going fine!

- Canceled: the goal is canceled. You have to provide a reason for a better understanding.

- Done: the goal is finished and, normally, rated.

You will find this feature in your goals settings.

Feel free to try them and let us know your thoughts!

Reassign your reviews

You might have several reasons why you cannot be the reviewer of a review: travel, sick leave, feeling overwhelmed, training a new employee, etc. Well, we have good news! Now, you can easily reassign your reviews to a different employee from the Employee HUB.

A new look for the HR homepage in Salesforce!

We have made some improvements to our HR homepage in salesforce. This is to ensure that you have a seamless walkthrough experience to help you set up your flair environment easily to achieve some quick wins as well as view information about your organisation at a glance.

To get you started with flair, you can easily set up your account in short simple steps using your setup assistant right from your homepage. Once your account has been populated with your employees and their data, you can view at a glance your to-dos, employee information that needs to be completed, employee absences, birthdays, approval requests and workflows.

You can also see a list of employees leaving and newly hired employees that will be starting soon, this can serve as your reminder to set their onboarding or offboarding tasks. The dashboard overview of your organization allows you to see in real-time the number of employees currently tracking time and get insights into your employees across different locations, their demographics and compensations.

Let us know what you think about the new HR homepage! We'd love to hear from you and don't forget to subscribe for more updates!

Your company's absence rules in one place

We are happy to announce the new way to organize and manage all the absence categories, policies you have, and employees assigned.

This is the Absence Settings page with a three-panel layout. The left one shows all the categories your company has. The middle one — the policies of the selected category if any. The right panel shows the employees assigned to the selected policy or to the unlimited category as it does not contain any policies.

You can create, edit and delete categories and policies, as well as make employee assignments right from this page.

And one more tip for you: make assignments to multiple employees at once. Use the "Assign" button, click "Select employees", and feel free to use any filters and conditions you need.

Please let us know what you think of this update and how we can make it better for you.

Tailor a Personal data page for your employees

We've received requests from HRs to be able to show to employees not only basic personal things but also additional information — salaries, inventory items, workloads, etc. And here we are!

Now it is possible to add, remove and customize the blocks shown on a "Personal data" page.

You or your admin can do it on the Setup page in Salesforce. Here is the way how to do this:

  • Go to Salesforce Setup.
  • Click an Object Manager tab.
  • Click on the Employee object.
  • Select the "Page Layouts" tab.
  • Click the "New" button to create a new page layout.
  • Name the new page layout "Employee HUB" and click "Save".
  • Scroll to the "Related lists" section. Here are the blocks or "Related Lists" now shown to your employees in the HUB.
To hide some of the related lists from the HUB page, click on the "Minus" icon near the block name. To switch the consequence, use drag-and-drop movement. To change the fields set inside a block, use the "Wrench" icon.

Welcome experience in the HUB

You've requested and we've implemented it! Now, new employees have a "welcome experience" in the Employee HUB. On the first connection, they will see a welcome banner and, if they have a workflow assigned, a link to the list of tasks to start working on their onboarding plan. For 90 days, they will have a right-side yellow card to check the progress and to have direct access handy when it's 100% done. Subscribe to receive all the updates as we are implementing new features to improve the Employee HUB experience!
