Tune a carryover for your company's absences

It is now possible to set absences carryover and avoid expiration completely. A whole range of different company's absences rules can be set and counted automatically.

We now offer four different ways to manage expiration in the accrual policies:

Never expire the accrued days

The absence days or hours gained in different accrual intervals are summed up and do not expire at all.

Expire at the end of an accrual interval

This means all the accrued absence time will burn out as the last day of the accrual interval is over.

Expire with unlimited carryover

This option means that all the unused days of the period will be available to use until the day you set. For example — until the last day of March or the next year.

Expire with regulated carryover

This option allows you to use only the exact amount of unused days after the interval expires. In the example, only five days can be used by employees by the end of March, no matter how many they did not use during the year.

We now offer multiposting for your job ads!

Promoting a job at different job channels is an important part of recruiting, but if not automated, it requires a lot of tedious work. Whether it's copying-pasting the job details for multiple resources, manual aggregating, or updating the data from numerous accounts. All these things are some things you would want to avoid. We understand it, and that's why we have prepared an easy way to advertise your jobs in different channels all at once and manage it right in flair.

Here is how to make your first advertising:

  1. Contact us to activate the feature
  2. Add a logo for the ads
  3. Go to the page of the job you want to promote and click "Advertise"
  4. Choose the channels that will promote your job the best
  5. Check the job details and checkout

After you've advertised the job, follow and manage the campaigns at the same tab on a job page. You can also create multiple campaigns for the job and name them as you wish.

We can't wait for you to try our new feature and share with us your experience!

Track your projects at flair!

We are adding new features to let your organization track time in different ways. From now on, you can also create your projects and let your employees track time on them!⏱You will find them under the Attendance section in Salesforce.

In this first version, you will be able to create projects only on Salesforce and set some attributes to define what the project is about, the dates, and if it's billable. Either on Salesforce or the manager's view on the HUB, you have the option to set estimation of hours to learn more and have more control over the project execution as, if it's set, you will see the Project overtime calculation.

On the Employee HUB, the managers will see the full list of projects inside the Time tracking section and be able to edit details.

As managers are also employees, they will have an option to switch in case they need to track time on any project or want to follow up on project execution. The employees will only have available the time-view.

In the next versions, we plan to let managers create projects from the HUB and add more features such as the ability to assign projects to specific departments, teams, or employees; new KPIs, and much more. Stay tuned and don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss our updates! 😉

Work on your goals at flair from the beginning

As a part of our Goals project, we've added the Draft status to let you work on them in flair! Whether the report is for you, or any other colleague, you can now create your goals and publish them when they are done. Draft status is always protected. By default, only the owner of the goal can see these goals. However, we decided to extend this option to let you share with a specific employee(s) for feedback. Is this feature useful for you? You can try it and share your feedback with us!

A New Look for Locations 📍

We've reworked our Locations page to let you digest what's going on easier. Depending on your role, you will find:

  • A cleaner header with all the important information for contacting the location: its' time zone, main email, and phone number. Due to the pandemic, the remote-basis has accelerated its implementation, therefore, we've added a checkbox to let you identify if the location supports remote work, as well.
  • A new card collecting everything about Shifts in one single place: in case there are shifts assigned on this location for the current day, you will see how many there are at a glance. In the arrow button, you will be able to launch the modals to set predefined shifts or skills demanded.
  • A new card Collecting everything about Availability: upcoming holidays, business time, and preparation time.
  • The Overview is another nicer addition to the Locations page. You will find a cool map integrated and some statistics to, for instance, help you achieve DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) compliance better.
  • One tab to collect all the Employees of the Location. No longer up to 6 employees. You will also be able to add or assign employees to the location from there.
  • One tab to collect all the Inventory items of the Location. You will be able to add items to the Locations' inventory from there.
  • One tab to collect all the Jobs on that Location. You will be able to create Job Offers for the Location from there.

Feel free to test it and share your thoughts with us, we'd love to hear from you soon!

Clone your goals!

Do you want to have a template for your goals? Or do you need to set the same goal for a different employee(s)? Now, you can do that in flair! If you are the owner of a goal, you will have the option to clone it in the goal details panel. Just select the employee(s) you want to assign the cloned goal to, and one goal with exactly the same settings will be created and assigned to each employee(s). If you are a manager, we are adding some buttons to help you with the selection, i.e. select all my reports... Stay tuned as we are improving this feature with more "selectors". Feel free to try it and let us know your thoughts!

OKRs are here!!!

We believe that a clearer and more transparent culture is beneficial for the whole organization. As a part of the review improvement plan, we've redefined management of the goals -- transitioning them into a key piece of a review. Now, among many other improvements, you can define Key Results to track, measure the achievement of the goals, and set clearer expectations. They can be set as a numeric, percentage, or yes/no.

We encourage you to try them and let us know your thoughts!
