Unlimited absence categories allow employees to take days off for unexpected or occasional issues, like sickness or family leave. For HRs, the absence rate in these categories helps to understand how people feel and to timely react when needed.

To help keeping eye on how people in a company are doing, we offer an updated view for the employee's unlimited absence category page. The Overview tab shows an overall picture of how much an employee was absent and when it happened throughout the year. The Absences tab shows the details of all the time off periods used.
