New Improvements for recruiting!

We're constantly working to improve your recruiting experience, so we made some improvements to our recruiting job page! Here's a summary of what's been improved.

Candidate Count: We added a column on the job list, now you can see the total number of candidates who applied for a particular job on the list

New job layout in Salesforce: View your job page in a neater and simpler layout. All charts have been moved to the right to give you better visibility and we've added a tab for advertising so you can view and get insights on your job advertisements posted on other platforms

Filter by Stage and Source in the Employee hub: We've made available the option to filter candidates by multiple stages and by source right in the employee hub.

Job name on candidate evaluation form: We've included the name of the job candidates applied for on the evaluation form to ensure evaluators get all relevant information they need about the candidate.

We hope you like these improvements. Feel free to share your feedback, Let us know what you think!

New address for your career page

We moved your career page to your own new domain level! Previously, your career page URL looked like https://jobs.flair.hr/your_company_name. Now, you get your own subdomain https://your_company_name.jobs.flair.hr.

In addition to our previous updates on SEO, it is also a big step to improve your overall career page visibility.

No action is needed. The API-domain and WordPress plugin configuration didn't change. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us – at support@flair.hr.

We now offer multiposting for your job ads!

Promoting a job at different job channels is an important part of recruiting, but if not automated, it requires a lot of tedious work. Whether it's copying-pasting the job details for multiple resources, manual aggregating, or updating the data from numerous accounts. All these things are some things you would want to avoid. We understand it, and that's why we have prepared an easy way to advertise your jobs in different channels all at once and manage it right in flair.

Here is how to make your first advertising:

  1. Contact us to activate the feature
  2. Add a logo for the ads
  3. Go to the page of the job you want to promote and click "Advertise"
  4. Choose the channels that will promote your job the best
  5. Check the job details and checkout

After you've advertised the job, follow and manage the campaigns at the same tab on a job page. You can also create multiple campaigns for the job and name them as you wish.

We can't wait for you to try our new feature and share with us your experience!

Introducing the new Homepage for Recruiting!

To stay on top of your recruiting processes, we have introduced a new homepage for our recruiting app on salesforce. You can view everything at a glance concerning recruiting in your organization including managing your day-to-day to-dos and prioritizing your work.

As a new user, you can easily get started with the flair recruiting app with our setup assistant by setting up your career page and creating your first job. The homepage shows you information on new candidates and reminders for upcoming interviews with the possibility to filter by location.

Get insights on the overall candidates and published jobs in the system, source of applications, reasons for rejection, and the number of candidates in the different funnel stages of the recruiting process in the organization's overview section.

Now, you can view your recent job openings, conveniently create and publish a job, Manage your to-dos, take the next steps for your candidates, and view candidates who have been hired all right on your homepage.

Feel free to try out the new recruiting homepage and let us know your thoughts, we'd love to hear from you!

Access Candidate's Files in the Employee Hub

Now, you no longer have to access salesforce to view candidate files. As a hiring manager or evaluator, you can now download a candidate's attached files in the employee hub. Evaluators and invited employees can also download these files.

You can find candidate files on the right side of the candidate details section from the recruiting tab of your manager dashboard.

Hiring managers in Employee HUB

We already have support for hiring managers on Salesforce backoffice. But now you can invite any employee to be a hiring manager: they will receive a link and see all candidates directly in the Employee HUB.

Candidate Evaluation

Create new evaluation forms and assign responsible "evaluators" for each candidate. You can collect feedback from your employees and this will help you to choose the right talent. All evaluations are done within the employee HUB.

Support for Google Jobs in Recruiting and Funnel Stage Tracker

We released multiple updates for our external career pages. Alongside Google format, we also added meta-tags to improve the overall SEO rating of your job listings. The career page itself got upgraded with the ability to filter job offers by location, department, and type – if you have many jobs, it can be highly beneficial for your candidates.

In the backend part, we added a tracker for all changes between funnel stages. Do you want to know how long candidates stayed in the interview stage or at which stage they were rejected? Now it is possible as you can create multiple reports based on this new object.

Improvements in Recruiting

There are various improvements to our recruiting module. From now on, we support multiple file inputs on the external career page: you can ask your candidate for any additional documents.

If you want better visibility of your job postings, you can benefit from a special Google format we added recently.

We also improved our developer tools: added a new API, support iframe version, and ability to track your job postings origin.

  • Several file inputs on career page
  • Track origin on career page
  • Anonymization button
  • Google format for jobs
  • iframe version
