Assign tasks to employees for a better Onboarding ✅

Filling out files, uploading documents, and preparing work devices - Onboarding workflows usually involve many tasks to be completed by different team members. We’ve now made this process easier.

Just head to Workflows in the HR app, create a sequence of tasks, assign the responsible person and select a due date. Employees will automatically be notified about their tasks in the Employee Hub.

In the Overview section, you can see all the assigned tasks listed and keep track of the progress of their completion.

Ready for smooth Onboarding workflows? Give it a try and let us know what you think 😊

Workflow Templates That Save You Manual Work 📄

There are some parts of the HR team’s day-to-day job that can be very time consuming. But they don't have to be. Templates can be set up to save you time in a variety of processes - from performance reviews of your team members to writing a letter of recommendation.

Create document templates in flair and personalise them later, in no time.

To set up a template, go to the Workflow section. First, you need to create a new Workflow Template. Second, you need to add the tasks to be completed. These can be different types of tasks, such as entering bank details, creating an account or uploading documents.

Then, add all the details - who is responsible, who can view the task, what needs to be completed, what format is required and when is it due. Click “Save” and select the template when you need it.

We hope this feature gives you more time for things that count. Let us know what you think👇

We've improved the workflow tasks' privacy

Oftentimes it's important to make workflow tasks invisible to the employees. For such cases, we've added a "Hide from Assignee" option. This is a great way to be sure that everyone will see only the tasks that are relevant to them.

To access this new option, simply click on the "Hide from Assignee" checkbox in the item modal of a workflow template. Now, the task will be visible to the responsible person and hidden from the assignee. Feel free to check it out!

New auto items for your workflows

We've added new auto items to expand your possibilities with the workflows and let you cover new cases.

Now, you can also add to your templates the following auto items:

  • Cycles: ideal for addressing conversations, follow-up, training, test, etc.
  • Evaluation: ideal for decision-making processes such as the end of the probation period.

Additionally, we've also improved our process so now you can edit, delete and add new items not existing in the template.

We are in the process of keep on improving our workflows to make them more intuitive, flexible and suitable to cover different business needs and processes. Feel free to try them and let us know your thoughts!

A New Design for Workflows! 🧞

We are thrilled to announce the new design for Workflows! Now, you are free to organize your workflows' visualization in the way that works better for you.

What did we change?

Information is organized based on to whom the workflow belongs:

  • "All" will collect all the workflows you are involved together.
  • "For me" will collect all the workflows you have assigned.
  • "For others" will collect all the workflows assigned to others but when you have one or more tasks assigned to you.

Everything is shown in tables with nice sorting and filtering abilities. That way, you can see and keep focused on only what you need.

You can choose between workflows-view vs. tasks-view. This switcher, in the task position, is ideal for a recurrent task in many workflows.

In the workflows view, we've added an overview so you have a visual hint about the workflow's progression at a glance – with no click required.

In the tasks view, we've added the option to let you update the status from the table itself.

We've added many other improvements such as employee's information on hover, start/end date hint, your closest task... we encourage you to try and share your thoughts with us!

No more reminders are required... every time you assign a workflow to an employee, they will receive an email with the list of the tasks assigned.
